Our Craft:
Native Video Production & Storytelling
At Ota Au Films, our craft is rooted in cinematic depth and community-driven media development. Founded by Indigenous documentary filmmaker Seth Brings Plenty, our media company provides professional Native video production, graphic design, and commercial media services across South Dakota. We collaborate closely with grassroots organizations, tribal nations, and non-profits to bring complex narratives to life with authenticity and technical precision.
Cinematic Media Development & Graphic Design
AICF X Pendleton Project
We were chosen to work on the College Fund X Pendleton Tribal College Blanket Design Winner: Belle Brings Plenty of 2025. In the summer of 2025, we gathered in the Sacred Black Hills (HeSapa), Lakota Treaty Lands, where we met Belle and heard her beautiful story about what inspired her to create the design. We created a stunning video that highlighted Belle's story and her blanket. The video was so well received that Pendleton, for the first time, premiered it on their social media.
